Our guarantee doesn't cover accidental breakages or scratched lenses that result from mis-use. If a frame is irreparable and no longer covered by your guarantee, you can take advantage of our Recycle Forever service and receive a discount off a brand new pair.
If you would like to make a claim under your guarantee, please email us at contact@eco-beach.co.uk with a note of:
- Your name
- Your order number
- The reason for your claim
For valid claims, we will replace your sunglasses free of charge. Please note, we cannot offer refunds beyond the 30 day returns period.
